The Baggage Fee Charged Twice

A passenger complained about being charged $35 twice for the same bag. Support found 5 bookings where the exact same bag_sequence_number was billed twice, seconds apart — the kiosk bag-tag printer double-submitted the charge on a printer jam retry. Passengers checking two actual bags also show two charges on one booking, but those are different bag_sequence_numbers — two real bags, not a duplicate.
