Dealer DLR-11 filed 5 warranty claims marked core_returned = true — required to collect the $150.00 core charge on top of the repair reimbursement — but not one of those 5 claims has a matching core_return_shipments record. No tracking number, no shipment, nothing. $750.00 in core charges was paid for parts that were never actually sent back for inspection.
