The Double-Booked Forklift

Warehouse ops flagged a scheduling glitch — one forklift, FLT-07, was booked to two different operators at the exact same start time on March 14th. Physically impossible, one machine, one driver. Don't confuse it with OP-014, who's legitimately running two different pieces of equipment at once as shift lead.
