Vendor VEN-33 was hit with 5 chargebacks totaling $4,085.00 citing "late_shipment" or "quantity_shortage" — but every one of those 5 shipments has received_qty equal to expected_qty and on_time = true. The shipments were perfect; the violations were fabricated. All 5 were approved by the same compliance rep, REP-CB-06. VEN-08 also has a chargeback, but its shipment shows a real shortage (480 of 600 units received) and a real late delivery — the chargeback matches what actually happened.
