The Lapsed Licence

A customer reported they could still access pro features even though their subscription expired months ago. Turns out a renewal job failed silently and never flipped those licences to expired. 14 licences show status=active but their expiry date is in the past. Nine others are correctly in grace_period — those aren't the problem.
