The Overused Coupon

Two promo codes blew past their redemption limits during a high-traffic sale. FLASH50 was capped at 100 uses; WELCOME25 at 500. A race condition in the checkout API skipped the usage check under concurrent load. One other high-volume code (REFER10) looks suspicious but is actually within its limit.
