The Pallet Marked Delivered Twice

Ops flagged inflated delivery counts on Route 03. Turns out 5 pallets have two separate "delivered" scans logged seconds apart — a handheld scanner glitch double-fired when the signal dropped mid-scan. Don't confuse this with pallets that have a delivered scan AND a later returned scan — that's a real return, not a duplicate.
