The Two Devices Behind Four Different Players' Win Streaks

ACC-P1 through ACC-P4 each had a short window where every match was logged in from one of just 2 shared devices — DEV-BOOST-01 or DEV-BOOST-02 — during which they won every single match and climbed a full rank tier, then switched back to their own normal device afterward. DEV-BOOST-01 serves both ACC-P1 and ACC-P2 at different times; DEV-BOOST-02 serves both ACC-P3 and ACC-P4 — a boosting-for-hire ring, not 4 unrelated hot streaks. ACC-P9 also switched devices during a win streak, but DEV-P9-LAPTOP never appears under any other account — a genuine second personal device, not a shared booster rig.
