Finance sent a support ticket: 89 Growth-tier customers are disputing their invoices. They say they were promised ₹0.12/call but were billed ₹0.15. Sales has no record of promising the wrong rate. The pricing table shows ₹0.12. So where is ₹0.15 coming from?
