The Security Deposit Refunded To The Wrong Tenant

A tenant called asking where their deposit went — someone else got it. Turns out 4 lease deposit refunds were paid to a tenant_id that has nothing to do with that lease, after a property manager processed refunds from a spreadsheet with rows shifted by one. There are also refunds going to a "different" tenant on a few units, but those are the unit's previous tenant correctly getting their own prior deposit back.
