The Stale Cart

Customers are calling in about wrong prices — some are being quoted more than the website shows, some less. The cart service stores unit_price at the time of add-to-cart and never refreshes it. 29 active cart items are carrying outdated prices. Seven others have price_locked=TRUE — those are intentional promotional locks, not the problem.
