The Suspended Seller

Seven seller accounts were suspended for policy violations in Feb–March 2024, but 43 orders kept coming through on those accounts after suspension. The checkout API was reading from a stale seller-status cache. One suspended seller (ClearCache Store) has zero post-suspension orders — it was blocked correctly when ops manually flushed that cache entry.
