The Unshipped Paid Order

Seventeen orders were fully paid over 30 days ago but are still sitting in shipping_status='pending'. A fulfilment webhook failed silently for a batch placed on Feb 1–3, 2024. The money is collected; the goods never shipped. Nine recently-pending orders (within 30 days) are normal fulfilment queue — those aren't the problem.
