The Tramadol Refills That Never Matched The Days Supply
"Rex" (PET-014, owner Castillo) was prescribed a 30-day supply of Tramadol, a controlled substance, but was refilled 6 times in exactly 6-day intervals, rotating across 3 different clinics (CLINIC-A, CLINIC-B, CLINIC-C) so no single clinic's records would show the pattern. "Milo" (PET-099) is also refilled frequently — every 10 days on a 10-day-supply prescription — but it's Insulin, not a controlled substance, the cadence exactly matches the days_supply, and it's always the same clinic. Normal chronic-condition management, not shopping.
